“My passion is designing care delivery systems that provide high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience. From the operating room to health-system leadership, I have seen how decisions about people, resources, and operations shape care. I founded CIRRANE to help leaders connect strategic direction with the work of delivering that care.”
— Aubrey Presha
Aubrey’s experience spans frontline care delivery, clinical technology, hospital operations, and health-system strategy. He began his healthcare career in January 1993 as a scrub technologist in the main operating room at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida. Working where clinical judgment, staffing, equipment, timing, and the patient journey converge shaped his view of access to care and the responsibilities carried by caregivers and hospital leaders. It also gave him an early understanding that strategy succeeds only when it is focused on enhancing the patient experience.
He brings more than 33 years of healthcare experience, including more than 15 years in health-system strategy and operations. His 18-month administrative fellowship at SSM Health Wisconsin focused on system strategy, hospital operations, and the structure and management of a fully integrated delivery network.
He led clinical-technology teams supporting the opening of Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, now AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. His experience also includes service-line leadership in neuroscience and orthopedics. His work included clinical systems, virtual-care governance, and the development of virtual care and telehealth models across rural and regional settings, connecting clinical strategy, physician relationships, operational readiness, and continuity of care.
Aubrey earned a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University and two degrees from St. Petersburg College: a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Management and an Associate of Arts in Pre-Medical Studies. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
Through CIRRANE, he advises rural hospitals and Community-Based Health Systems on focused decisions that require senior judgment, a practical operating perspective, and respect for local accountability.
